Please be sure to read all important information regarding your particular service.

For auction items (Yahoo!Japan and mBok) we need this info:

1. Auction URL
2. Your Maximum Bid (in yen)
3. Your name
4. Your shipping address including phone number
5. A deposit of 50% of your *maximum* bid deposited to paypal@celga.com. We will only bid for you after we have confirmed your deposit.

For non-auction items, we need the following information from you, depending on your type of order:

TICKET ORDERS

Important Information:
Please allow enough time for the ticket to arrive to our offices from the seller and then, from our office to you. Also, we can ship to your hotel for you if you know where you're going to be staying at.

Each time, we will need this info from you:

1. Ticket URL
2. Name of Band
3. Date, City, Venue
4. Quantity
5. Price

3. A deposit of 100% of the ticket's price deposited to paypal@celga.com

ONLINE STORES

Important Information:
If you are coming to Japan soon, we can ship to your hotel if necessary. It can sometimes take a few extra days, even weeks, to orderfrom a website so please keep this in mind when you order.

Each time, we will need this info from you:

1. Item URL
2. Size, Colour, Fabric, etc. (if a clothing order)
3. Quantity
4. Price
5. Your name
6. Your shipping address including phone number.
7. A deposit of 100% of all of the item's price deposited to paypal@celga.com. (please do this before you send in your request otherwise, we won't purchase the items for you)

FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

Important Information:
Depending on the FC, you could receive anywhere from 1-12 or possibly more newletters/publications. They will be sent directly to our office and we can hold them for as long as you like and ship them together.

Each time, we will need this info from you:

1. Band/Artist's FC URL
2. Price
3. Your name
4. Your shipping address invluding phone number.
5. Deposit of 100% in USD to paypal@celga.com

MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Important Imformation:
Most magazines are sent out once a month but others are bimonthly or even biweekly. They will be sent directly to our office and we can hold them for as long as you like and ship them together. Or, we can ship them as we receive them, or every three months, etc. Please let us know which you prefer after your order is confirmed.

2. Subscription Price
3. Your name
4. Your shipping address including phone number.
5. Deposit of 100% in USD to paypal@celga.com

All orders, regardless if they're on the EGL site, this site, or from our usual Celga site can be combined!! Just tell us that you have other items and how you'd like to have them shipped and we'll get it ready to go for you.
